Jazmond (she/her) hails from Chicago, Illinois, and has always been drawn to the power of connection and healing. Her love for family and community led her to a career in therapy, earning her Master’s degree from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Jazmond takes an open, honest, and straightforward approach to therapy, blending directness with deep care. She specializes in working with teens, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating cultural identity and diversity. She believes in making therapy relatable and accessible, often sharing personal experiences to help clients feel understood and empowered.
Beyond her professional life, Jazmond finds joy in traveling, embracing the mountains, and simply having fun—because healing isn’t just about working through struggles, it’s also about creating moments of adventure and joy.
